uh, no one said that. NS9000X is extremely stiff IMO
but that doesn't mean that the Arc saber is stiffer than the NS9000S.i find that the ARC10 isnt as stiff as the NS9000S either, but just a little.

    Arc Saber 10 n Nanospeed 9000X

    Hi jymbalaya/Gold,
Right......NS9K X is much more stiffer than Arc Saber 10.;) In fact NS9K X is as stiff as RSL X2 Gold. I think RSL X2 Gold is head heavy than NS 9K X:eek:. Still I think Arc Saber 10 is a very good racket effortless for clear n lob.:p. Smashing is pretty good n powerful if u add abit lead tape on the top frame.
U got to try it out yrself to make a subjective judgement.:D

without lead tape, it is already powerful :D:D:D\

i recommend to use PU super grip on Arc 10.
i wrap my 3UG4 Arc 10 with Gosen PU super grip.
it really generates power for me.....

Your defence and timing of shots could be affected since the racquet is heavier (2U vs 3U)

You need to watch out for the weight of the racket. I had the same problem when I changed from a 3U Yonex NS7700 to a extreme 2U SOTX Woven 4A (102 grams after gripping, etc). First few weeks it was a hell. The extra weight of the 2U caused my arm to get tired and all my strokes were off-timed. I sometimes even had to relax a few days before being able to make full use of my arm.

BUT after you get used to the weight, it's wicked! The feeling of hitting the shuttle with a racket which has so much mass feels too good to describe. You'll love that, and the power which comes with a 2U.

If you are willing to make this sacrifice of adapting to a 2U, it's only going to be positive!

    Gold

    Hi Gold,

    I did try both AT9000S/X, and I own ES10 and NS900(White).
Honestly, I don't like AT9000 a whole lot. Among these four, ES10 is the most easiest to play with both single/double.
It is not as power as the other three but you are not always winning points with smashing.
As I mention before, Clear+ Driver+ Push+ Placement are awesome.
If you can buy it ~30.00US I think it is worth the $$$
My son loves the NS900 because he always play full force thus.

    Good Luck,

    NS900??? White????AT9000!? Are you talking about AT900T or NS9000!??

    ES10???? Is this Arcsaber 10 (ARC10) or Apacs Edgesaber 10 (ES10).

~$30 for a racquet!? All fake IMO.

I just bought it today... pheww can't wait to play with it.... heard so many positive things about this thing except the power....

I went to the Yonex Dealer Seller nearby and try AT900T and P and Arc Saber 10 and NS 9000

unfortunately for AT , he only has 4U which is not me at all... I'm used to 3U when I hold 4U racket. It feels like not an expensive racket so I decided not to pick them bu Arc 10... It feels solid and I think my smash will be faster with this...

I ordinarily wants to pick AT900T but the 4U makes me away from it and Try some head rackets which I think similar to Arc 10... wew hopefully I'm wrong... because I have spent a lot of money of this and I don't want to think this cheaper racket is the same quality as Arc 10. I'm into Yonex... though my racket bag is HEAD.... wkwkwk:D:D

Any difficulties using it for the first time ???

ARC 10 belongs to those racquets which feels good and solid when you use it, that's the impression I got when I tried it.

Most good all round racquets has that kind of feel good factor but there's something slightly special about ARC 10 though, when you hit the shuttle, it feels well connected, it feels solidly built and yet though it is not a feather weight racquet, moves well.

Could you compare the At900T 4U with a Arc saber 10 3U? i currently use the AT 900T extremly well, but, seeing all the reviews, is the ARC10 accually better than AT900T?

I think if you are using the AT900T well, then stick to it. Racquet suitability is a personal choice, the ARC10 may be better than the AT900T for certain individuals, but it may not be the case for you.

But you see, i need a spare racket to use, casue i can sometimes break the string once every month on the At900T, so would the ARC10 make a good racket as a back up?

Yes it would. The Arc10 is great and I can't praise it enough. However, it costs about the same as the AT900T so I think you should get another AT900T as it's good to keep your racket the same as it will help you to be consistent.

If you change rackets when you break strings, it'll take time to adjust to the new racket and this could cost you points if you're playing competitively. If you have another AT900T, you'll change rackets smoothly and this is important in competitive play.
