Hm..ST is a young girl with good endurance and the typical defensive play (just like SN constant rival WSX) and after watching those two demoralizing def to WSX I doubt SN attacking game penetrating the defense accurately as before ...
Also those shrieks ;) but I think SN can also shout prity well..she did it in Star Aus SS against CM(another badminton Sharapova) in finale

In my humble opinion, the top draw is just too lax, while the bottom draw too tough, and it is not only because of the absence of LXR, though that is a big factor as well. Had LXR been there, the bottom draw would still have been tough, because on paper though the seeds are equally divided, the bottom half players are much better.

I will broadly rate players like this:
    Rank Players
    1. Wang Yihan
    2. Wang Shixian
    3. Saina Nehwal, Sung ji Hyun
    5. Carolina Marin, Sun Yu, Ratchanok, Bae Yeon Ju
    9. Beiwen Zhang, Porntip, Tai Tzu Ying, Liu Xin, Sayaka

The ones in Bold are in the bottom half of the draw.

(My rankings only till 14 for this tournament)
So you get my point. There are many players in the bottom draw who are totally in form or those whose rankings don't justify them. (Like Sun Yu) Not to mention that PV sindhu was also in the bottom draw initially!

This is a golden chance for Saina to go grab the title! Because not only is her way very easy until the finals, any opponent she faces will be really worn out. Also, her game style is better suited to players like WSX, compared to others like WYH.

Cleverly some people avoided to mention Li han, Liu xin , sayaka , eriko etc. And not to mention Ratchanok, Sung ji hyun. They are easy meats !!! Imho...

Shall we assume that these players just never play at all against saina and directly give the entry to the finals ?.

What a great analysis.... !. Lol.

Oh oh.. so saina is the title contender and yihan , shixian and all other chinese players are normal players??!!!!! What a one sided review.

What is h2h against all the players for yihan and shixian and those players to saina..? And who is in top form nowadays ? Saina is no where near to her even 50% form and fitness. And the form of yihan and shixian is nowhere near to saina in anyday this year.. Their form is in the peak. While saina has started to learn basics again..

Hence, definitely, shixian will be the title winner considering her wonderful form she is enjoying now.... yihan is next contender.

Agree to some and strong disagreement to other..
SN surely not in her best but I can bet even now she can def both RI and SJH...yes of course Like Han and ST are worth mentioning ST gave a heart attack and a tough battle for the run and li Han I really want her to def RI tomorrow.. But no guess about Eriko she is WZM in WS :D
I hope and pray that SN reaches finals and this time take revenge from her constant rival WSX(of course I like her and want her to reach finals)

Incidentally all the WS matches will be between a non-Chinese and a Chinese player. Considering so may up and coming Chinese players in the fray, there may be a lot of surprises tomorrow.
