Bao vs Lin in the s/f of the HK Open was very close.

    14-14 in the 3rd game.

You can see Lin Dan diving around court. He is so fast on his backhand defence. The shuttle comes over the net from a smash and you think it will go on the floor. Then suddenly, he's moved turning to his backhand, and recovered his balance. Both players are very strong at the moment.

Lin did several flying saves. There was one right over to his forehand side - he looked like he was flying! But didn't reach the shuttle with that one:)

Bao also did his dives as well - one to the net area near the ground and the shuttle trickled over the net.

Certainly no team orders in this battle which lasted 1 hour 45 mins.

Lin won ripping his T-shirt off after the winning point:D:D:D

You should have seen the raw emotion in his face and body after the match.

It was...umm...very impressive! Don't think any of the girls will start doing it but maybe a trend has started.

I wonder if this a reflection of the level of competition within China's ranks..This match was definately not for the weakhearted. especially with Lin's Superman flying impression.

Maybe we can give him a nickname - "Superman":p

    Take a wild guess. :D

Bao (the family name of Bao ChunLai) means abalone, the shellfish, in Chinese. Bao CL is commonly referred to abalone or fish in the circle of Chinese Badminton fanatics.

Here is another hint, ChunLai means the spring is coming in Chinese.

Yeah, here is another wild guess. You are morning king (xbm)?!

Chinabadminton.com has been down for so long. Do you have any idea what is going on there? I saw you and most of the gang at badmintononline now. Good to see you here.
