Chen Hong, Xia ZZ, Lin D are the top 3 ranked Chinese players. According to IBF regulation, For the same country, the 1st and 2nd should be seperated into different half in the draw. How come those three all in the top half of the draw? Am I wrong or IBF wrong again?
