To check for Yonex authorized dealers in your area, contact Yonex of the applicable country. For example, if it is a US dealer - contact Yonex USA, Canada - contact Yonex Canada. Yonex authorized dealers will sell genuine rackets. If the dealer decides to go to the dark side and sell counterfeits, they are in very big trouble!!
Sorry Matt, I have to make fun of Yonex Canada sometime when opptertunity present itself. I still think Yonex CAN should have theor own website because they do sell other spec for the same model Yonex USA carry. Since Canada is not the 51st state of United State, it should have it's own web site. Would you agree?
I do not understand why some people want to write in a language other than English in this forum? There are forums where they can discuss topics in their mother languages. I do not find writing Chinese funny or warm-feeling even though I speak, read and write Chinese myself. I think it's a huge disrespect to fellow forumers from around the world. So there will be threads and posts in Arabic, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Swedish?? Just imagine what this forum will become....
yes. in fact, English is the mandatory language. sometimes we do allow posting of articles from other languages as long as the member provide a translation. having said that, the posts in question have been deleted now.

Well actually this would be common sense in pretty much all forums where the language used would be ones it should be written in.

It's fake; the serial code says it was manufactured 2001, but nanospeed 8000 wasn't out till ~2004 or 2005.
My reply to the highlighted above. When this thread was started in Year 2002 by kwan asking for members to post their Yonex rackets models, shaft serial nos., cone codes, etc a timeline (from cone date codes) was created with the serial nos. I chanced upon this thread and keep a list of model, serial number, date code, owner, etc for all "genuine" Yonex rackets posted. This the information list I kept all the time. I did not obtain from Yonex. That answer the last part highlighted above. I have stressed many time that valid serial number and date code is the 1st step towards ID of genuine Yonex racket. Physcial examination of racket in hand is very important as well. Matt have done a very good job in this department. Everybody can have every reason not to believe me especially I have put up a disclaimer statement to all my reply. The most recent Yonex racket I owned is TI10 serial no. of 5639913 and 070757SP (date=07 Jul 2005) which I bought from an authorised Yonex racket dealer in Singapore. I have tried very hard to buy fake "Yonex" racket form badminton shops in Singapore. None of them wish to sell me. Lastly it is up to you to believe leehsim verification; my answer to why do we need to believe leehsim can check through the list?
anyone? sorry to say this again but other people are having their codes checked near instantly and mine have been up all day (i know thats not long, but its a lot longer than instant) my post with the serial codes has been put up twice previously with no reply let alone acknowledgement...im sorry if it sounds like im moaning but i only have a short time to return the product if they are fake (if someone needs me to repost my serial codes again then i can but they can be found on page 176 and 177) cheers to anyone who replies
First thing is that Leehsim does not check on Ebay. Second, you did not specify the completed auction number to verify that has been purchased. Third, this is a countefeit seller.
