X will be better in offence if you can flex the racket

unfortunately, to flex the X shaft i have to swing at maximum power, even more than maximum:) they make my stamina exhausted earlier:crying:
even more, the shuttle speed seems the same as i used the S with less swing power. But to compensate it, i usually lower the tension by 2 lbs for X.

Maybe because it's difficult to get S type in his country... IMO

How much more of a difference would you say there is between the X and S?

No problem for Jens to get an S if he wanted to.. I think he likes the überstiff feel (he used to use AT800OF as well)..

Hey.. I got a ns9k this week.. Played only one day.. Seems like an awesome racket..

But unfortunately, I had a couple of minor clashes with my partner... The paint seem to get chipped off very very fast...

Can someone tell me if this is a known issue with the racket.

Given his physique, Jens could probably wield a sledgehammer to the same effect :p
I've often wondered if he'd have gone on to greater heights had he taken up tennis instead. :)

Anyway, he doesn't need to use a short-grip on his racquet

yeahh, i agree the paint chips easily.:)
but for crash, my X still tough enough, even clash with the floor and scratch the frame anywhere,
once i've clash with the floor and produce a little spot fire,:eek: still survive, just a smooth crack on top frame but no problem:D:D

fire sparkling when the top frame clash with the floor, it's still far away from the birdie.
that's just happened once, never happened again.
