My favorite Mixed Double Pair. I think Lilyana is charming and courageous where Nova is cool and powerful.

haha... that's a great dream though....

I prefer if butet can make a pair with Flandy...wow.... Sometimes Nova make a lot of mistakes..

Vita is as good as butet but I don't know... I just prefer Lilyana

Very nice pictures! I actually saw this match in this Hong Kong Open 2007 and the Indonesia team won in three games. I guess as long as these are Hong Kong Open 2007 pictures can stay in here. Seems like the stadium staff are quite tight on controlling people taking pictures from the fouth day on (Novement 29) if you do not carry a badge around your neck!

yeah, the staff are quite strict. even with badge they don't want us to stand around but instead force us to sit down!

Too intense, I went to hide when the score 20-19 for INA,,...traumatized after leading 201-6 to lose 21-23 in first set....hehe....you hardly see Gao Ling smile in 3rd set....it was so thrilling....any points could go either way....so unpredictable...

    Let's hope...

..these 2 pairs can meet again, in any round if not in the Finals of next yr's Olympics~that'll be awesome!!...and let's hope, IF that happens and IF our Hau-ge actually is there, he can handle the intensity and sit through it..;)

Lets not forget Flanpy/Vita.. The most experince male XD players at the current circuit. Vita is fast improving too.. :)
It would be great if INa manage to get a one-two on podium finish with Flanpy/Vita & Nova/Butet ;)

They not only won the tournamet but also the heart of the fans in Hong Kong or even around the world through TV broadcast. Starting from the semi-final between the two Indonesia pair Nova/Butet - Flandy/Vita. The semi-final XD was a very exciting match, it went three games and the result could have gone either way. The Indonesia team showed the world what great badminton and sportmanship are made up of!
