HA Tae Kwon is much bigger and taller than CTF.He partner Lee Yong Dae once a while in tournaments back in Korea.
warmup with low resistence. you can tie one end of a rubber elastic on a pole or something rigid and stable (in this case, a trainer ) and you slowly pull away in various angles and rangles. its to slowly increase the range of movement during warmup prior to a match or anything physical, basically. i'm assuming she's suffered a shoulder injury at some point, and this was part of her physio regimen. similarly, you can get someone to push very gently on your arm in the opposite direction of where you're raising or moving your arm.
