And this is the man that Chen Long will have to contend with, most possibly in the final! ;)

I guess, also no WS semifinal ticket for INA after Maria Febe lost to SIN Gu Juan and seems slim chance for Pia to win over CHN Liu Xin.

Why did Arif lose?? Was it because Kenichi Tago was better or Arif's injury??

Some consolation for Singapore with only one sole survivor thus far! Can only suggest to Gu Juan to do her best! ;)

I think Gu Juan has a fighting chance for the title...However, Wang Lin is too strong....but anything can happen, for example...Xing Aiying's loss:p

Tago is already blazing trails in the senior circuit. Not as much as Wang Lin, but more than his contemporaries.

Terrible day for INA (1 for 9) today. Good day for KOR (4 for 5). OK for MAS (4 for 6) and CHN (6 for 9). TPE (2 for 2) and SIN (1 for 1) also have good days.

Only 1 European representative left in the SFs, where else but in the XD.

Terrible day for INA, lost 88.88% [8 out of 9 matches]!

What?!? INA lost 8 out of 9 today?!? That's atrocious! :crying: Today 45% [9 out of 20] of the matches played involve Indonesians... tomorrow only 10% [1 out of 10]... but maybe in the finals we can recover to 20% [1 out of 5]... ;)

Debby-Alfiat, do your best tomorrow! :D
