Disclaimer: Due to the difficulty in seeding juniors, it is probable that some strong players will meet each other in the early rounds, thus eliminating players that, strength-wise, should make QF or SF.

I think BWF should have a World Ranking for juniors. Any results from junior and senior tournaments should provide ranking points for a junior. Then, we won't have all these fiasco in the seeding procedure.

They have some protests from many of them as some of chinese players are not seeded also maria Febe is not even seeded..even Wang Lin is seeded below Liu Xin....I know that they use Asian Junior results to determine and do not use world raking that much into consideration to establish the seeding...I hope that BWF can be more transparent int his case....otherwise World Junior will lose its status.....sad...

i think chen long could be a better bao chun lai... but his movement and physique doesn't suggest that he'll be an LD... the young LD was very athletic and powerful... while chen long, as of now, mainly relies on his good reach and placing...

Hmm, this young man is very tall based on his age! Yeah, he is one of CHN future star (maybe for London 2012 project), coming from same province with LD and his coach is Olympic Champion, probably good prospect for him.

Looking at the above pix, seems Chen Long is friendly person...

Back to this tournament result -- mix fortune for INA XD, Afiat/Debby win over Thai pair, meanwhile Ulinuha/Dili give up to Britons Adcock/White.

Good mix of nationalities in the XD semi-finals: MAS, INA, KOR, ENG

No CHN which is a bit of a surprise, given their strong WD players.
