not surprise at all. Like any top chinese players, ex LD, they sometime lose in their early years due to unmature mental toughness. U watch, ZL will be back with stronger mental determination. It took zhang ning 10 years to mature.

Read in Kompas that this seems to be their best performance in 3 years :p
Don't tell me this will be their springboard to go on and win the first major title in 3 years and what a title that will be

Tough to choose between Kido/Hendra or Luluk/Alvent. There's a part of me that wants Luluk/Alvent to win something again before they retire...hopefully a couple of titles here and there and an Olympic Bronze medal to complement the Asian Games Silver medal they won last year.

Yup, esp with the Korean XD splitting the combinations with LYD partnering HYM and HSH with LHJ.

Or, maybe that was their new coaching tactic, to bridge the gap between themselves and INA/CHN XD.

no offense, but i dont like sato.
he always look elsewhere whenever he lost a rally as though he should win every rally and trash his opponent 21-0, 21-0, instead of thinking how to overcome his opponent.

overall, he care for his style too much more than his skills.

Thats their game habit. Well you can't deny that he is Japan No1 player. He can play. There are much worse habits shown by other players.
