That's disappointing...much as I like LCW...he really has to take more responsibility for his loss....how did he lose to Sony, who really isn't anywhere near LCW's true rival in terms of game potential...

    It's either you guys over-estimate LCW's ability, or under-estimate Sony's ability.:p

When I read this morning of LCW exit, I was shocked, sad and stunned, may had post things I did not think before posting. I am sure many ardent baddy fans of MAS and LCW in particular, would feel the same sadness. I can only picture how the country reacts to this loss. Therefore, I can understand how LCW felt and react when he gave his TV interview, as long as he is saying the truth and exactly how he feels, he has the right to do so. For fans hiding behind the safety of the computer screen using pen-names, we can say for all we want with no impunity and concern for others.

Naw, its really no question that LCW is clearly a stronger player than Sony if you've seen their games. Its just obviously LCW is amidst a dilemma, could not garner the mental strength, and ultimately blamed his coach, which is an awfully irresponsible thing to do, and makes him a bad role-model as a Malaysian hero.

LCW just proved to everyone he is not "kampung" champion as home court is no longer an advantage for him.

Lee CW met the press 40 minutes late. During that 40 minutes, he's with Misbun. Then Lee CW began to attack Kim Hock for his loss instead of his coach Misbun. I don't think it's appropriate. LCW got his worst WC result under Misbun , how come he attack YKH instead?

It's not good for him got involved in politics.

LCW peaked too early back in May when he won the IO in spectacular fashion. the human body is like a wave sometimes one is peak, sometimes one is low. the key is the time the peak on the important tournament. LCW peaked too early.

Now, Gade will beat Sony tomorrow.

Gade, the 6 times European champion > Sony, 3 times Asian champion
Gade, runner up of 2001 WC > Sony, no impressive result at WC so far
Gade, 4th place in 2000 Olympics < Sony, bronze in 2004 Olympics
Gade, world #1 from part of 1999 to part of 2001 > Sony... not yet
Gade, 31 years old > Sony 2? years old just pure 31 > any number in the 20's:p

Never mind... bananakid is supporting you...LOL.:p:D:D:D

AND the worst news for both of us!!!!!!!!! WACHA LOST!!!!!!!!!!

There should be no excuse for losing cos the reason for losing is the other player plays better...what I am saying is, if indeed LCW speaks the truth that the pressure affects his game, then he has the right to do. How can you criticize someone for telling the truth or expressing his/her feeling truthfully? I have posted many times against building high pressure on any players...pressure can be motivational or detrimental to the players, or the other sides can used them to motivate their players. Unless YKH can counter what LCW said in public, and prove LCW lie, then I would agree with you that is bad.

I think YKH is to blame because his MS squad has not improved. He is the head coach, who else can make a difference. See how LYB leads his team.

so now it's the coach's fault for putting too much pressure on him... At least CJ man up and just admit he lost and he learned... Yes, there is pressure in winning, but there will always be pressure from playing professional sports... I'm sure all the team China players get more pressure from their coaches than LCW, LYB probably puts way more pressure on his guys than others. But to go out and just blast your coach is just gutless and wrong...

Which country does not put pressure on its players to win. Sports is a competition, not a catwalk on a fashion show. PRESURE IS THE MOST CONVENIENT EXCUSES that a player let out. In fact, its also the most convenient excuses we, as their fans, use to comfort ourselves. In fact, I always think YKH failed to deliver results because of a comfort zone surrounding his players.
