Sigh what is happening to him, he's been disappointing ever since All Englands. His form has dropped so much, and it sounds like he just cbf, and is losing the passion to play. He just does not seem to even finish players much less talented than he is with scores of like 21-15 or less... he has to have macthes like 21-19 which is not encouraging....
    Sigh.

I don't think he's in "shocking" form. LCW just really did play amazingly. I honestly think this is the best he has ever played. I don't think you should judge Lin Dan by the scores of his other matches though. Taufik is the same, he lets his earlier matches play out a bit. If Lin Dan put his absolute all into those matches I'm sure the scores would be quite different :).

sounds like how some Malaysians are talking about Koo Kien Keat and Tang Boon Heong (but KKK in particular)...

actually i really have to agree with him on this. full credit to lcw but when ld i on his day he really is unstoppable.the last time i saw him playing was the SO semi final against boonsak. his usual jumpsmashes werent there and he seems to be just walking around the court. its as if he is playing badminton but his heart isnt on the court playing with him.

Lin Dan definitely wasn't at the absolute tip top of his game. But he wasn't playing badly...

It was 4:0 already, Lin Dan lost the passion certainly. Maybe he want to win, but not eager to. From the other side, LCW really improved a lot after AE, more aggressive, consecutively beat CH,BCL and LD. That's a good thing for world badminton.

Also hope that LCW is not peaking too soon. WC is in August!!

I hope LD doesn't turn into another Toufik, only cares about OG...,

His performance is lacking...., is it because China has already beat Mas 4-0? So he is not motivated?

LD will come back...trust me!!! otherwise LYB will kick his As*....I think CHN won 4-0 already so he did not want to risk plus he has to save his energy in case he has to play TH....even a win is a win for LCW...but LD,LCW,TH,BCL,CJ and PG are all same level...in any given day...they can beat each other.....so dont bash him......
