now for MAS, they need to know that MD and WD are critical and they should fight till their last breath. i can't help but to wonder whether the moral of the team is pretty low now after they have lost to ENG yesterday. their chances of qualifying for the SF is very slim.
I believe KKK/TBH will lose to THA today too... they are hotshots professionals... and more interested in winning SS, and SC do not reward them with money.
I thought WMC had improved a lot and can beat any other players except China, Ex China players and sometime Japan or Korea players. Look like WMC only improve a little. Still lost to Salakjit. Stamina should not be an issue cause she win quite quick yesterday. Not to mention tomorrow she will probably face a very fresh XXF.
KKK/TBH will surely win the game as they want to redempt themselves. Should not be any problem for them.
I gather it's not MORAL, it's more to do with attitude. Before going to SC, the Chief coach keep saying their target is to secure a semi berth, and remain in Div 1 for another 2 years, somehow the players won't take this tourney seriously, afterall the Chief is also not worried that they should do everything possible to win. YKH keep mentioning that they are there to collect Olympic points, and i think that's utterly rubbish. If you think you are defeated before departing for a tourney, don't go then... going to make up the numbers, and a holidays... that's pathetic!
the scary thing about the SC so far is that China, being in Division 1, the strongest division of the tournament, has not dropped a single game yet.
Do anybody here know why Thailand didnot play Saralee/Sathinee in WD? Are Sathinee still injured? Cause if that is true and although Mas can win MD and WD today, they will not enter SF cause Eng surely beat Thailand tomorrow at least 3-2. From XD, MD and WD. (If Saralee/Sathinee did not play)
first game...KKK/TBH are playing well...leaving their opponent easily....but 2nd game...always a different story.
I read newspaper that Malaysia set to meet China in final. Of course that before the match between them and England started yesterday.
More or less, it shows the effect now. If your "sure point" slips away, and cause the last of a team match, the teammates' confidence will be hurt, and getting nervous. Because, now, you are facing a "can't lose" pressure, which is too much for a lot of player to overcome.
