hey can anyone give me a full spec on the BG65, im planning to restring my yonex carbonex 8000 light, and i wonder is there any store within ontario range that i can get a yonex carbonex 8600?
it really depends on user's preference. for example, i prefer bg80>bg65 but really hard hitters would prefer bg65>bg80 since its much more durable. i believe its better for you to try it yourself to see which one suits you more.
Well, finally i choosen the bg66...cause the seller saying its more durable. Thanks got ur guide man. Hope is the good choice.
did you type that wrong, bg66 is prolly the least durable of all the yonex strings. are you talking about the bg65?
Anybody hear of NANOGY 95...? I am using armortec 250 and the recomand tension is at 20-25lbs... I string it with BG80 at 24lbs... But i wan to try NANOGY 95
Im currently using Nanogy 95 and I think it is a great allround string, good power, good control, good durability, nice sound. The only downside is the price...
i heard reel of NBG 95s are comming out so i might get it along with my stringer when i get enough money
What racket r u using for this string...? What the tension...? i heard from the yonex seller said that the tension must be more than 24lbs, then only you can see the advantage... is it true...?
I have two AT800DE's, one with BG80 and one with NBG95, both at 24lbs. Comparing the two, the BG80 has a softer feel and absorbs the shuttle impact a bit more, so you get less vibration through the racquet. However... ...I'm sticking with the NBG95 at the moment as I seem to get better control with that, possibly because it doesn't have the soft feel of the BG80. Have to say though that the 'cosmic gold' colour doesn't do much for me. Looks more 'lightly tanned'...
So thats mean, after trying on nanogy95, most people will prefer it. Is it true that it must string more than 24lbs then only can see the advantage...?
Afraid not. I looked at the 2007 http://www.yonex.be/htmlsite/products.html, and clicked on Shuttles and Strings, And on the chart it didn't have them. Sorry.
well, the www.yonex.co.jp web site shows NBG98 to have exactly the same ratings as BG66S except NBG98 is 1 better on durability. edit: but the ratings have never really stacked up very well against their charts. e.g. the ratings for durability are either 8,7 or 6 but the chart indicates at least ten different ratings Control CBG100 10 BG66S 8 BG68Ti 7 everything else (currently on the website) 6
