I suggest trying alternatives with a desktop browser and/or mobile browser as there is nothing i can do on my end.

Since owning the Wise 2086 V12 in January 2012 and 4500 rackets strung I finally got around to opening up the internals and giving it a thorough cleaning.

I've taken some additional photos for details that I think would be beneficial to add to @tcliang original pdf guide.

I've yet to string a racket post cleaning though.

How are you finding it post clean?

Any chance you can post pictures here as well?

Post cleaning I was using the WISE 2086 from April to 1st week of October 2023 (277 rackets strung in that period). I've now moved over to a Victor VE-50 pro.

It was definitely smoother on the pulls. I verified with my 2090 that the calibration was unchanged post cleaning.

I'll post what i can but there isn't really anything different from what was in the PDF and previously posted. The pdf instructions were pretty thorough.

I also have a spare replacement circuit board and load cell for my machine as a precautionary measure when i got an odd error code (that disappeared) in the middle of the summer. Please keep in mind that I may be of a small percentage of owners that has gotten this much longevity out of their Wise. So each person may be different.
