I'm about to buy a TKFE racket and I'm not sure which grip to use with it. I liked the RKEP Ultimate Grip before when it was still being sold. Which replacement grip is closest to the feel and tackiness of the Ultimate Grip? I don't want a very thick grip. I still want to feel the grooves of the handle.

I think I vaguely remember the rkep ultimate. I've used overgrips for years now though.
Ashaway supergrab? Medium thick, very soft and cushiony. Some sweat holes.

What is the general consensus for using grips? Replacement grip + overgrip? Electrical tape plus replacement grip? Or electrical tape plus overgrip?

It depends on what the handle is made of. If using the generic wooden handle, a thin layer of electrical tape is recommended to prevent sweat damaging the handle.

For Victor's freecore handle, I like to use a layer of overgrip or cushion wrap as i find the freecore handle's edge to sharp and bruises my fingers

Any other recommendations for replacement grips?

Can you confirm if that's really named "supergrab"? I'm trying to find that grip in Google and couldn't find any.
