It was, almost upsetted the top speed. A lost isn’t that bad too as I’m sure they’ll just continue to do better as they are still quite a young pair

What happened to the No 1 MD, They seem to have not recovered after Marcus injury. Is Marcus fully recovered, if he isn't then he shouldn't be playing.

I'm talking LYD specifically in MD so you shouldn't really bring up his gold in XD :D

But honestly you might be right, LYD was pretty consistent in WC he just somehow couldn't get it done despite being in the final 3 times.

Yeps that was my point with his consistency at WC which is nowhere in Minions given they have 0 medals :)

but if win Olympic and WC, the companies like Yonex, Adidas, Nike, Li Ning will go to them to do advertisement and commercial, and that's make a lot of money tho......

If they are that consistent , they will have been 200 weeks at WR1 though. Just being consistent in certain tournament .. without winning it whats that supposed to mean? And even if i willing to give the point thats just equal to Minions 200 Weeks at WR1. That consistency doesnt count for nothing

and if thats equal, then the H2H goes to the number of titles.

had LYD/JJS won say 2 WC i d definitely put them ahead of Minions but as it standa they also have zero. AhsanHendra and CaiFu is definitely still above Minions though.

Isn’t all the koreans, LYD, KSH and SBC still playing? In fact Ko and shin won the french open last yr dint they? Maybe if they play in more tournaments, minions might not stand a chance.

Shida/Matsuyama won over Pearly/Thinaah in a very comfortable game...the weak link is thinaah who is targeted by the Japanese WD for points. Pearly could not win the match on her own

Thinaah is over excited always and plays too many errors she is only good against the young Indian pair or may be African pairs but in real WD terms this MAS pair cant win any major tittles its better they replace thinaah with someone else.

How can you be the 3rd best pair oat if you can't even get a medal at the WC or OG ? that's laughable lol

"Just being consistent in certain tournament .. without winning it whats that supposed to mean?"

Well that means that player is actually good and can actually perform in big event, it also what makes LCW the 2nd greatest MS oat...he doesn't win any WC/OG but he came close so many times. now imagine if LCW kept losing in the 2nd round and QF of WC & OG, he would be lucky to be in everyone top 5 list
