Ginting vs Vitidsarn has got my attention. It's going to be an exciting one. KV is on the rise.

Women's category practically slightly less competitive following some regular contenders skip this event. Chen Yufei should be huge favorite here in the absence of archrivals Yamaguchi and Tai TY, has relatively smooth path en round semis (based on her normal form) where she's slated to meet the much-improved He BJ. Bottom-half draw provides more interesting scenario where there're some potential names to vie final ticket.

Maybe he is too busy with his podcast and the Bali boys thing, so he simply had no time left to play?

I love the Istora atmosphere, even when watching the livestream you can feel it from home

Reigning World Champions Bass/Popor taste early exit, a terrific play by French young duo Gicquel/Delrue, faster at the net and navigated unpredictable placement at the back line that really troubling the careless Thai pair who had healthy lead 16-11 then lost the plot in opening game, 19-21.

The atmosphere is great but i wouldnt necessarily be there to watch it live simply because its cramped. I cant new Istora but the Old Istora is that way.

simply because our imagination watching it on streaming is different from the reality like it could be nice atmosp but it might not be comfortable. I wouldnt want to be cramped like Kanjuruhan stadium in Malang.

i think Singapore Indoor Arena is nicer. You want a situation where its 70-80% filled.

I suspect we will see massive delays in the schedule, only 3 courts and 19 matches on ct 1 and 18 on ct 2&3 respectively.

what a celebration by CTC, surely something like i never see before lol

and you can only do that when the crowd is cheering for you otherwise you will look silly. Turned out to be quite cool imo
