Yonex keep changing KM's racquet. Agree his smash is lacking.

Is Momota playing with the Arcsaber flashboost painted as an Astrox??? He should try using the Voltric ZF2 for some more power

Given. He moved well. Created a smashing opportunity at the net. But never followed that with a killer smash.

I didn't expect Momota to win. All I cared was the destruction of Heo.

But losing like that in the G1 and losing in such a dumb way in 2nd part of G3 sucks!

I didn't saw any injury concern for He Bing Jiao in her previous round then why give a walk over today?

Lee simply played better and wanted the win more. Momota didn't want to lose and played accordingly. I don't think he even tried a real smash the entire third set, certainly not in the second half. He often doesn't need to smash all out because his shot quality is enough to tire out opponents. That also wasn't there, so all that's left is a guy who simply plays shots into the court without purpose, hoping just not to lose the rally. That's not good enough, and shouldn't be good enough. This was a win for courage and positive badminton, sorry to say.

Any reason for HBJ walkover ? Or is it the old trick up from LYB's sleeve lol.

I wish Sayaka also gives Akane a walkover but I'm sure the management won't fall to those tactics ;)

I am really puzzled at this. Maybe KM went back into his first game style trying to pull Lee around more. Lee anticipated that KM won't play to the net so much and could get his body into a better position to smash.

I think this is the wrong way to play now. An se young plays the same. No smash, no power...U have guys like LKY, Sen, viktor, lzj all who have been having success of late. They all have great smashes.

I was honestly as respectful as everyone else but given how this certain is acting for some time, toward this particular player, Lee Zii Jia, mocking him each time, is what he gets.

That's the thing. Is coaching not allowed during the match? Like the coach cannot even signal him to stop lifting to the forehand? I mean it shouldn't even be the coach.

Momota himself as a badminton player should instinctively know that. This goes to show how his mental is not stable at all when it comes to high level badminton.
