BWF has published next year calendar through its website : https://bwfbadminton.com/news-single/2021/10/28/tournament-calendar-for-2022-revealed/ The Badminton World Federation (BWF) has successfully completed a review process to publish the revamped BWF Tournament Calendar for 2022, which will culminate with the season-ending HSBC BWF World Tour Finals in Guangzhou, China. The HSBC BWF World Tour calendar is based on the principle of cluster tournaments primarily throughout Asia as well as traditional European tournament stops where the prospect of travel in that region is more viable. BWF is still discussing whether additional Super 100 tournaments will be added to the revamped calendar. It has not decided yet, as we know Badminton Asia Confederation using last minute approach, slow respond as usual.
Finally BAC made decision on the last day of 2021, Badminton Asia Women's and Men's Team Championships as TUC Qualification round for Asia zone will be held in Malaysia (15-20 February).
Wonder if they will choose langkawi for the venue due to quarantine restrictions in the rest of the country.
Big question about current world ranking that still containing long-expired 2019 point which irrelevant to reflect current strength in world badminton map. Just be patient, they will decide based on last minute approach, perhaps we'll know the information in last March.
