Even outside they were packed like crazy. It triggered my new found anti-social vibe

Yeah nah. I'm still harping on the MD1 issue. The MD1 was the point where Japan lost. I would love to be corrected but based on how many times Japan has been edged out by China in these sort of events, it's highly unlikely they'll be able to stage a comeback.

I'll switch to watch MD on Jpn side ...
Would anyone be kind enough to let me knwo if AA wins?

If he loses, I'll switch to supporting INA, to see if my reverse jinx works :p:D

The surprise package Li Shifeng continues to surprise us, a two straight-set victory over Kanta Tsuneyama to move CHN ahead by 2-1. For a moment I thought I saw the young Lin Dan when LSF suddenly pulled his shirt off in celebration upon winning the final point.

That means it's a subjective decision by the umpire, a grey area, perhaps.

Anyway, I'd like BWF to look into it and refine the rule, I think it has happened quite a number of times over the years.

Seems like both players are afraid to attack, and if they attack it's always safe

LSF has really matured as a player. He plays very much like SYQ. Delayed stroke play and with finesse. He has great mental strength. LSF has his own style and with more tournament play and confidence he will make a name soon. He is definetly a player to watch and has taken the mantle as the no 2 player for China.
Congratulations LSF, and his coaches. He must have worked really hard to improve so much.

Frankly, I'm always reluctant to compare any of the young guns with Lin Dan but you started it first, and I like it ! Hope your prediction comes true, the sooner the better.

Well I was tempted yesterday to say that but I limited it to CYF. I already said CYF is almost a female version of Lin Dan.

Once he work on his defence and gets more experience, i'm sure we will see a beast!

I very much wish that Li Shifeng has what it takes to play as well as Shi Yuqi now but minus the latter's mental weakness, absolutely essential. So far so good, what we've seen of him. Keep it up, lad.

Even Chen Yufei, I don't liken her to the female version of Lin Dan, not there yet.

Nah, I stopped watching that glorified WS. Endless punch clears to bore-death. A 2002 Lin Dan would be all over Tsuneyama. Back, front, net,Back, boom, bang, crushed, heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
