Goh/Tan can't win anyway ..... not unless they get rid of the expensive habit of giving away cheap points ....

If watching online, I don't think the screaming is that bad. But then I remember watching Marin in the stadium, I don't find the screaming annoying. More annoying players who waste time

An anticlimactic WD final, INA number one Polii/Rahayu outclass home hopefuls Kititharakul/Prajongjai, 21-16 / 21-12. Strong determination, aggressive play, shot variations, superb stamina among the key factors for the Indonesians victory today against the under pressure Thai duo.

the last final i watched live for WS happens to be Marin vs TTY at MalaysiaOpen 2017. Yeah i can say she doesnt annoy as much because the stadiums are already full.

In WD, both the korea girls shout probably its more irritating than Marin..

TTY's movements seem off (injured?), all credit to marin though, she's playing amazing

when i think back on it you're right. i never gave it a second thought. when i was focused on a particular court's match while carolina was playing on a different court i can't remember it bothering me at all.

when watching online we get her screams directly from the courtside microphone straight into our speakers. that would definitely isolate and amplify it on the viewers end.

the applause has been remarkable, though. the same level you get watching someone sink a 1-foot putt.

So good to see Marin wins again even though she won CO in 2019.

The doctors for Marin did such an amazing job. I was doubtful that Marin could return to her former form and level of play after her injury. But she has regained her form and she is probably a top 3 contender for WS gold at the Olympics this year. Credit goes to Marin for putting the hard work required to recover from her injury, but also to the doctors that treated her.

VA's 8-0 record against NKA is probably down to styles. NKA's style just doesn't work against VA. Kind of like how Momota's style neutralizes VA's style. But Ginting's style can cause problems for Momota sometimes.

The problem for NKA is that VA is reading him. VA can anticipate NKA's shots. That's why VA has an 8-0 record against NKA.

Similarly, Momota can read VA's shots. So Momota has such an excellent record against VA.

9-0 record now for VA against NKA. NKA and his coaches need to figure out why NKA's style is so bad against VA.

So the Toyota Thailand open starts this coming week. But China and Japan are not participating in it, right? So that means no Momota, no Chen Long, and no Shi Yuqi?
