Just picked up this bad boy and strung it with my fav bg80. Used to have 1 til last year but sadly it broke. Missed it, found someone was selling, and it didn't take long. A very solid racket to have in the bag.
It's lethal light 1.10, 6u racket, so I did a paint job to make it heavier (I took off/peeled the original paint before by sandpaper). With 6 or 7 new layer paints, my racket turned into a 5u or 4u racket ^-^. The paint I used was nail paint. The shaft and T-joint (black) was carbon (without paint). I didn't paint the shaft to make the frame heavier, just cover the shaft and T-joint with clear paint (top nail clear paint)
Holy crap first you painted your Nanoflare 700 and now this? You can possibly just design badminton rackets as a job. The design looks amazing!
Thanks! I have many ideas ^-^ . The design in the picture above appeared when I was looking at a hot metal bar. Next time I will paint the racket with "ice" style
Here's my collection 1: Muscle power 29 light 2: Duora Z Strike 3: Astrox 88D 4: Astrox 100ZZ 5: Tectonic 7 6: Nanoflare 800 7: Bravesword 12 8: Turbocharging 75
Thanks! 100zz and 88d are 4U while the rest are 3U's. I will compare 100zz to the 88d as 88d is my go to. 100zz shaft is extra stiff comparable to the Duora Z Strike or Voltric ZF2. The head being long and narrow is easier to play with compared to the other Z racquets with compact heads while still retaining the solid feeling. It has a kind of whip or flexible head which is very fun and addictive. I still prefer 88d over 100zz as it is faster, easier to manoeuver and to generate power. At the same time being just as powerful in a full smash. The reason I'm keeping 100zz is for the paint job. It looks very nice in person. Tectonic 7 is a very friendly, not tiring and easy to use all round racquet. Classic box frame with 72 holes and medium flex. Very well built and excellent paint work like any other li ning. I find it to play like a flexier 88d.
Has anyone compared Panda Power Or DJS prototype with 88D/S or any other branded Racquet. I am loving DJS prototype... The air swing is just phenomenal.. I have100zz and it has totally diff feel...But man when you hit the sweet spot with power. Shuttle and opponent both SCREAM! Now that Tourbocharging 80 is out anyone can comment and compare and share pics of it Strung (I think its difficult to Match or Contrast with Paint Job)
Thanks, this answers my curiosity. Been meaning to try 100zz while my current go to is 88D, so now i know i don't have to.
Hi guys I'm new here and have been playing badminton for quite some time and my dad gifted me this racket, is it good? Pls give me your opinion about it
there's no such thing as a good racket. if it suits you, then it'll be a good racket to you. if it doesn't suit you, then it wouldn't be a good racket for you. so string this racket up and give it a try. if it suits you, then good for you! cheers Sent from my CPH1877 using Tapatalk
