I had been playing with the DZS 3U since it's release. I was fine until I was doing 3 two hour sessions every week. And I started experiencing arm pain and tennis elbow when doing 5 sessions a week. I only play doubles and level of play is borderline high intermediate/ advanced. That's when my quest to find an easier racquet to play with began. Over the last one year I tried ZF2 4U, 88D 4U, TC75, ARS70k 3U, NF800 4U, T7, 100ZZ 4U and finally NF800 3U. IMO the 100ZZ plays the closest to DZS. It feels like a less stiffer DZS. I thought I closed in on this expensive quest but wanted to give the NF800 in 3U a chance because I loved the 4u but was a little weak in power. I'm so glad I did. The racquet is a pleasure playing with. It's powerful if you can generate the swing speed and defense is outstanding. I just wanted to share my experience because I am greatful and wanted to thank all the contributing members for the wealth of knowledge on this forum. You guys rock! You guys not only helped me find my next racquet but also finally made me plunge into stringing. Thanks and cheers!
Can't say yet. It's been near impossible to get a court and play in this pandemic I had only a couple of hours with both last week but nowhere near enough time to form an opinion. Sent from my SM-G975F using Tapatalk
Hi, does anyone ever tried both the Nanoray 900 and NF800? How does both compares? Or maybe review the nanoray 900? Cant find some comparison posted. Thanks in advance
I have nr900 3u4, ars cy 4u5 and nf800 3u5. I think my nr900 is the most headlight between them. Nf800 is more headheavy but it feels lighter than my nr900. Nf800 also has this solid stiffer feel than nr900 but my nf800 is new and my nr900 is quite old. Both 88d and ars 90k 3u is more head heavy and overall heavier than my nf800.

I have been using my NF800 for about 2 months and just bought the 100ZZ. Both 4U on BG66 Ultimax 26lbs. I like everything about the NF800 except lacking some power when smashing from the base line. Smashing from 3/4 is good enough to kill tho. As for the 100ZZ, it is a racket that I can easily getting use to as I am a compact head racket user. Other way, I struggle to get enough power from 88D while I can generate great power from Jetspeed 10Q. The 100ZZ does not feel the headheaviness while still move very quick. Between the NF800 and 100ZZ, I will choose the 100ZZ anytime. But between 100ZZ and JS10Q, I will need more time. Sent from my SM-T865 using Tapatalk
I have the NF800 too and also think it is lacking in power. I just put a little bit of lead tape on the 12 and 6 o'clock positions. Does wonders! Still quick, but much more power. Some other rackets still produce more power though, like my Yonex DZS or Victor SW35. I can try to put a bit more lead tape. Maybe different locations of the frame.
Slightly late to the party but here's my review of the racket. I found it incredibly user friendly! Expected not to have lots of power but did not expect this much user-friendliness! Super speedy, super smooth too!
Hi Guys : If i were to compare Nanoflare 800 3U vs Nanoflare 800 4U , which is faster in speed, and also better smashes.? Thanks
simple logic if all other factor are the same, 4U is faster & 3U better smash. But more complicated one, being HL racket where most of it mass not on the head, 3U & 4U wont give significant change in power. Also as power come from mass & speed, if you can swing way faster with 4U to compensate the weight loss then you can smash harder.
