I just went on Amazon the other day for buying grips and came across seeing a crazy price for the Li-Ning TC70 Zhang Nan edition for 50 bucks from Li-Ning USA! I checked the original price, and it was around 200! Is there a reason why it is so cheap for some reason? Anyone who uses the TC70 and tried the Zhang Nan version of it? Any difference between the two? Anyone who is interested in buying/ doubting the price of this racket the link is here: (https://www.amazon.com/LI-NING-Badminton-Racket-Charging-Limited/dp/B07ZCCG93K)
Its quite suspicious to see any product had so much large price gap. Assuming its the same product, material, normally price different come from 1. Country tax. Different country had different tax. 2. Manufacturing location. If it production & sell is in local country, then most likely it will be cheaper. 3. Labour cost & other expense. Lower cost makes product cheaper to. 4. Clear up old stock or some promotion/discount to attract buyer. If it does, that makes question, what material they use? Do they really use the same material? Do they enslave some city for free worker? & that apply to all product.
It is true that it is suspicious coming from Amazon, but it seems like there are clearing up some old products for promotion to attract people. Seems genuine to me as Li-Ning themselves are the seller for this racket and put a disclaimer that cheap Li-Ning products are real. List the same technologies, materials, and tension as much as the TC70. It would be insane if Li-Ning themselves sell this racket as fakes. Selling well as it used to be 10 in stock left, now only 4. Might get myself one just to check it out and as my 1st Li-Ning racket possibly. .
TC70 Zhang Nan is 4U, while TC70 is 3U. It sounds strange, I can't explain why Li-Ning did it that way, but they are not the same.
might as well try it, amazon returns are painless and correct me if i'm wrong LN has the code authenticator thingy
everywhere i've seen lists the ZN model in the 3u category, and that's really odd that a player edition would be made in a kind of unuseful 4u *edit also, i don't know much if anything about LN though
According to a allow member: How many player editions do you know whose players rarely used it? If I remember correctly E78 listed it a while ago as 4U. Don't own one, so maybe I'm wrong.
Not disagreeing at all but I do find it weird and yah you're right PE hardly sees real use. Hope someone can report back or an owner can chime in
nah. obviously not playing much recently, and i have no intention of reselling these so hopefully they all turn out ok for those who actually wanted them.
