How do you calculate these numbers of hours? I checked with a full time pro in HK and they do three full days and three half day training. This would come to about 30h a week. Hey - So i guess this is an update of some sort. So i have thought lots about everything, and after thinking this much i have decided to go to a badminton school in my 9th grade, where i will train 4 times a week, on the court, and 1 - 2 times in the gym a week. I've thought lots and this is my solution! I thank you all for your kind comments On my general play i have won 1 tournament and missed one because of a knee injury that i am still recovering from.
