Winning the title! He's more rest and more energy than opponents now. So that, if Momota lost, I hope he was lost at semi-final, not the final ^-^ (two consecutive years)
Akane + Chen = good actors (Chen was even not smile when she is on top of the group) ^-^. They both want to avoid of meeting Tai Tzu Ying. well! I hope Wang/Huang don't do it again at the next match ^-^
No! No! No! No!, If Akane and Nozomi were on top of the group and the draw were Tai vs Akane and Chen vs Nozomi, it can be a disaster by Non-Japanese final. Look at the H2H between Chen vs Nozomi, we have some reasons. Furthermore, Tai was not on her best form but Akane either.
Can you tell me the players that head and shoulders above the rest, of course based on the real data and statistic, even Tai or Minions cant pass your standard
Yes, they (Wang/Huang) prefer to lose, like Akane/Chen want to lose to avoid of meeting Tai Tzu Ying. I hope not.
They want the possibility of all CHN final. Why not? And anyway conserving energy today for SF and F is sensible.
Lin Dan and LCW in the past, no, Tai TY and the Minions are not as they have their misses (majors) and tricky opponents. In other words, just like in economics GDP alone doesn't tell the whole story.
Agreed. Obviously hard core fans of KM will see things differently and that's okay. It's interesting to see how passionate can some badminton fans become when it comes to their idol. As long as they keep it civil for sure.
Don't be too pessimistic. NO looks to me having found her best form, if she meets TTY she might beat her again. Not easily for CYF to beat AY.
My sentiments exactly. You know, when Chen Long was dominant in 2015 with like 7 titles including the WC, nobody argued he was way above the rest, which at that time included Lin Dan and LCW.
Well, if there's any playing to lose players/pairs or seemingly 'not putting in their best efforts', I'm sure Viktor Axelsen would be the first to get reprimanded and slapped with a penalty, but, obviously, as he didn't look injured or clearly unwell, the tournament officials just let it go at that by giving him the benefit of the doubt. In reality, it's easy to say one must always give your best and play at 100% at all times in the name of sportsmanship but we know there is such a thing as overall strategy and game plan, not to mention other personal considerations such as the toll of accumulated fatigue( didn't Momota suddenly and unexpectedly withdrew from the HK Open citing fatigue?). Bear in mind, professional athletes are human too and as far as their career is concerned, it's unwise to win the battle but lose the war. Of course, within a reasonable limit.
Commentator is hillarious. Lol Sindhu from 9-18 down to win the game 1 21-19. Commentator says " Somebody call police". Sent from my SM-G600FY using Tapatalk
Yeah, because you and Justin Lin (50k posts), who constantly have to tell everybody that Momota isn't "head and shoulders" above the rest, despite nothing to back it up except your laughable, biased opinions, are really moderate and "neutral".
Lin and Lee have each other to be their tricky opponent so one of them alone is not above the rest, lol. I think with your standard about head and shoulder above the rest, no one can achieve that
