if they do well again in next week HK Open, they might likely able to make it to the Guangzhou Tour Finals...
To be honest. Very likely to be thrashed to be honest. "Minions" won against the more serious opponent. This one is probably too predictable.
Well they are pretty good actually. But then in badminton losing points at critical moments can be very detrimental. And the Japanese had a few lucky net shots. Also the fact that they made a few mistakes when it comes to serving at critical moments really come to haunt them. Very hard to recover once you make those kind of mistakes at critical points. And then be honest, typically once Malaysian team is down, it's hard for them to come back. Especially when luck goes against you and you make those kind of stupid serves
Thanks for the quick translation! Yes indeed a knee injury it is. She was already wearing a strapping of some sort during the previous matches that suggested an injury.
Point is. Why is she even playing with an injury. Not to be vindictive here. I guess she needs points in order to qualify for guangzhou and she has achieve her aims here. Anything else is a, bonus. That's probably why she decided to forego next week tournament since she has achieved her aims.
Not really a Malaysian badminton supporter. Just doing some betting recently with a few successes. Could have won more if not for the shock cqc/jyf loses and sudden "loss" of form of Aaron. Also my bet on okuhara was cancelled. Knew she was going to win because she used the right strategy. I knew tty is not going to be able to handle okuhara for long. Anyways cyf is pretty much a sure thing.
So all the defending champion still alive, very interesting tomorrow. I am rooting for all defending champion to repeat history. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Just looking at his recent loss against viktor, obviously mentally he is fragile. The moment things do not go his way, he just loses it.
No worries about " strongly disagree ". The fact that Momota consistently applies energy management as part of his strategy suggests that stamina may not be his particular strength, contrary to his fans' perception. Ginting is probably the only MS Momota regards as his toughest opponent because Ginting's game does not allow Momota much room to "pace". Danish MS plays like they have forever stamina. Should be interesting to see if they will win more by matching the Momota/LD lghg ( low gear high gear) pattern.
I think MS you need to pace... Its hard to play like CL robotic style. I think the top CL is harder to play against than top Momota.
No, he was playing terrible as he has done most of this tournament. Yesterday against Christie he was actually decent but today his attacking game was totally missing. He missed all shots from backhand corner that were so effective in world championships. Committing more than 10 unforced errors in each game did not help either. All credit to Chou Tien Chen but for him it was enough to keep shuttle in play and let Antonsen self destruct.
No. AA played bad enough that CTC could cruise to victory. However, Gemke had a minor injury in his foot from earlier in the week. I don't think him losing the first game can be attributed to that, but it was obvious in G2 that he was holding back to not make it worse.
