In case of anyone still doesn't know about the news, Sapsiree will not play in XD due to administration mistake from BAT. Dechapol will instead paired up with Puttita. As if the situation isn't worse enough, they will pit against the mighty Zheng/Huang. Very tough task for the accident THA pair. However, some accidents can turn into fortune as well. If they can beat Zheng/Huang, it will be total surprise and blessing in disguise.
Without SYQ I dont think anyone can stop Momota and saddest thing for a fan is to see their player injured...Till date SYQ has the best Result againsy KM in straight sets at WTF 2018 and since then we havent seen any MS giving such fight to KM. Praying for you Shi..Plz come back soon but recover first and be in a good health thats my primary concern and wish...winnin and losing is a part of game what matters is your healthy life !
Honestly...how could no one notice that Thailand were fielding a scratch pair with literally NO ranking to speak of. The seedings for this tournament have been out for weeks...wouldn't the Thai coaches be checking to see which draws their players were in and notice that their star XD pair was nowhere to be found?! Unbelievable stuff...and even more unbelievable that this couldn't be corrected.
Not saying he will win again but with a scratch pairing, it's gonna be such a waste for Puavaranukroh as they usually make it to semi finals consistently in recent times.
Unfortunate for Sapsiree . She has to sit out of the court for this tournament. Does she play doubles?

They only have 3 players competing internationally, including Putita but still managed to do this so that’s really disappointing. Not to mention they’re one of the biggest badminton clubs in Thailand along with Ratchanok’s club at Banthongyord. They arrange everything themselves separately from BAT, so things can go pretty wrong sometimes even if BAT is the main association.
