This young man has improved a lot, still uninspiring performance by Chen Long, particularly relating with self confidence.

Shi YQ will win and get some ranking points but I don’t think he will push himself too hard.

First match here win or lose won’t harm him so I think he might have intended to skip the event and then change plan?

If Yamaguchi is going to 22-20 against the russian newbie then I seriously fear her chances of getting a major tittle anytime soon.

What has happened to her ?

Classic problem, uncharacteristic errors to deliver easy point for their opponent but credit to Indian duo Rankireddy/Ponnappa who aren't pushover and often troubling the established pairs.

Ok I dont know what it is..but there certainly is somethin wrong with Yamaguchi....What is she doing ??

But then Im not surprised I always believed World Rankings are just numbers and Never reflects the real champions..its the Major tittles that do..and AY yet again is proving me right.

Wow super uninspiring play from Yamaguchi. She completely lost her good form from INA and JPN Open. COMPLETELY

For context, she beat Kosetskaya first round in JPN Open 21-9 21-9. CRAZY BAD result today.

No Hawk Eye in court 2? Players requesting umpires instead of raising their hands for hawk eye challenge. I wonder. Anybody from China ?

I don't know what to say about AY's loss. I want to know what she or PJB say about this match and her condition.
