Man, you work so hard just like CLELY. It's very informative to see the change in rankings of players and facts after winning the titles. Keep it up bro .

Haha, thanks. I am nothing compare to @CLELY . She can make detailed description, which I have never been able to do.

I do like the facts and statistics. It got me curious and fascinated. And this is major tournament. At least, I should treat it specially by giving more facts and statistics. ;)

Lu Chia Hung has still not shown any praiseworthy performances like AA and KW. He's trying his hand in doubles too.

I guess getting ousted from first round itself has given you more time to work with the stats Jokes apart, you're doing a good job.

    Play hard. Train harder.

I've heard Zhang Jun said he aimed 5 gold medal at Tokyo 2020, and now, Zheng Siwei is the last hope to take one in 2019 World Championship.

Its now Season 2 of Nozomi Okuhara vs PV Sindhu! Season 1, Okuhara edged Sindhu in a 3 game thriller. Okuhara and Sindhu have improved since 2017. Sindhu has a phenomenal major finals record since 2016 and poor BWF circuit performance.. Okuhara has Titles and consistent performances on the BWF circuit. Sindhu has added deception, improved net play, improved attack and terrific fighting spirit.

Both players are determined, tireless, gritty, never give up and fight till the last point.

My gut feeling is Sindhu winning gold as she looks in sizzling form! :)

History will be made in this year's WC, China going home empty handed?
Why, they've done it before (London'12) that's not impossible..
One needs to set goals in one's life so does Zhang Jun ;)

CHN wasted a medal chance the moment they sidelined ZN.

Your post makes me think that ZN is CHN's lucky charm. Discard the lucky charm and the bad omen starts creep in.

Haha didn't mean it that way though. I was only thinking about MD medal chance when I said that.

It could be that Li/Liu happened to go off-peak at the wrong time, hard to say. Anyway, better for it to occur now than at the Olympics. Learn more from your defeats.

They look so nervous, it's crazy. I've lost count how many mistake they made, and most of them were unforced errors really.

    Oh no. Don't miss MD

But if it's any consolation, imo Ahsan/Setiawan will keep the rallies short and crisp and Kobayashi/Hoki will be to nervous and hence incapable of creating opportunities and building rallies.
Can be a straight game affair
