I think MS is the most competitive sector throwing the injuries around. Anyone can win any tournament especially after LD LCW era. Momota wins a lot of tournament but it just feels that competitive. MD is second most competitive because those outside top 8. I would say top 15-20 poses danger. There is no easy draw. You can meet someone like Shetty/R, AaronSoh, OngTeo, HeTan and also the korean pairs and they can push you to 3 games, if not upset. WS is basically competitive amongst the top 8 players in the world.
According to BWF news, Taka/Matsu has been battling with injuries throughout the week. Nevertheless, it was a great come back from Fuku/Hiro to win the second game from trailing behind at 10-17 to 21-18. https://bwfworldtour.bwfbadminton.c...ukushima-hirota-prevail-indonesia-open-day-6/
The final point is often the hardest to win, you can't afford to slacken one bit. At last Chou TC nailed it, one game to the good, 21-18.
CTC seems to always try to win any game with the minimum effort, allowing the opponents to regain their self-confidences along the way. Don't know if that is such a good idea to carry out most of the time.
