it make sense for the slowdown in the last part of the MD. it was lost cause so better just give it up and save the energy for XD. L/L should've just lift everything to him.
The problem is just setting up Li/Liu do what they’re best at...hammer like madmen all match long. Not sure if it’s bad coaching or lack of racquet skills but the counter to twin towers is obvious.
To be fair HS, MA and KSS are pretty special players. Nothing remotely like that in Japan (and not promising youngster in sight either, as far as I can tell).
Don’t be harsh he is hired just recently to replace Reony Mainaky. He has just a short time period as MD coach. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
China vs Japan.. My prediction: [winner in bold] CYF vs AY SYQ vs KM CQC/JYF vs MM/WN ZSW/HYQ vs YW/AH the WD is too close to call... i think the winner of the tournament will be determined by that match..
Don’t think they have the skills to take on Li Liu though, not any that tactics could overcome. To be honest I noticed signs of Li Liu getting tired in the mid second game, but the Japs were too far to take any advantage and Li Liu continued the momentum to the win
To be fair, HS and MA are beyond old relative to twin towers and yet they know how to exploit their weaknesses. Sure Watanabe is relatively young but Endo definitely should have known better. I think Watanabe had the racquet skills to control the net if he had been using the right strategy.
If and only if JPN wins both WS and MS, JPN WD can win miraculously Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Funny...I was thinking before the match who could make a better partner for Watanabe and the name that kept coming into my mind was Setiawan lol
