Shipping cost is more than a pair of sock

A bit late to the party but can anyone confirm if these socks are 100% cotton, nylon or some weird mixture?

Going by the picture alone, looks to be 100% cotton.

    Thanks!

Feels like any good quality socks. Usually 80% cotton, 15% polyester, 5% lycra.

Good thing about EX3 socks is that they don't lose fluff inside the socks, so you don't have sock fluff stuck between your toes like some cheaper socks, and you also don't lose cushioning as quickly.

    Thanks visor.

FYI Eric mentioned it was 70% cotton and the remaining 30% is a combination of nylon and other materials.

Bought eight of the bad boys in black and couldn't be happier. Dirt cheap but very comfortable and fluffy at the right parts. I have spent more for less so safe to say I will be stocking up on these.

Only thing to keep in mind, you need to wash them another of times prior to using them. I have washed them twice prior to playing and they still feel slippery so I would suggest you wash them and wear them as part of your daily wear to break them in.

My shoes are Yonex Mens size 12(30cm), would the large socks be long enough for my feet? Seems like they fit everyone's smaller feet well..

Probably would be too tight for you, as max measurement the large would fit is 28cm, which is size 10.5 to 11.

The socks got very high flexibility that even 30cm shoes foot could use it. The only disadvantage is the socks might get loose sooner than the other smaller foot user.

Hi Eric, does colour matter? Any difference between black and white besides colour?

apart from RKEP, is there any other consideration?

I'm also into thick sock.. but feel the shipping for RKEP is kinda costly..
cost more than the sock alone..

Maybe Adidas technical/performance socks. But those cost 3-4x more...

Which is why you bulk buy :).
I think I tried some cushy socks from Uniqlo as well, but I don't think they last as long.

Since Eric is now retired, has anyone found an alternative to RKEP socks, with same value for money? I have searched on Aliexpress, but most socks seem to be thinner...

I'm also looking for a successor to these socks.
Currently trying Karakal x4 socks. Thickness is good but they are more expensive.

I just ordered RKEP socks from Eric. Because of COVID 19, Taiwan Post doesn’t accept air shipment. He suggested sea shipment, but it would take 3 months to arrive to Canada.
Hands down, RKEP socks are one of the best. They are worth every penny, even with the shipping fees included. By the way, I have been wearing his socks for a few years already. Older ones daily and newer ones for playing badminton.

    Hi endFX,
Yes, I just ordered 2 days ago. 1 kg. package 14 pairs of socks(see attachement) on the way to BC. But have to wait a few months.
