https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2019...ni-athletes-denied-visas-190222081532297.html Does this affect the events being held in India? Will BWF remove any BWF-sanctioned events hosted in India?
I believe we all know how much (not) to rely on the news by Al-Jazeera, especially in the last decade. Also, I know it is inappropriate to bring politics in this forum, but shouldn't IOC and any international body for that instance, "impose" their "wrath" on the nation bringing "ripples" in the world harmony and peace instead. Having said that, yes I agree that the sports athletes of the said nation don't deserve to be banished. Still I for one in no right mind can call the move taken by Indian government unjust.
Is CM gona play at India open coming up at delhi ? I see her name on the list of players in the countries entries list on BWF India open page. Also can u tell me where can i buy tickets for India Open ?
No way! CM is still in recovery. If you look at the list from BWF Corporate website, her name is put under "removed before closing date".
