I have a stack of shuttles that is stuck together, and have been unable to separate them without damage. Any suggestions? Humidifying has not worked.

    Thanks!

That's odd. If the problem is glue related or something like that, try zippo lighter fluid.

While holding a shuttle at the cork end, grab a needle nose plier with your other hand to grasp and pull and wiggle on the feather stem of the stuck shuttle.

Thanks for the suggestions. Any ideas as to why it would happen? Could it be from getting too warm during steaming?

Maybe some picts to see exactly how the birdies are stuck?

No, they are no longer stuck but we damaged a couple of new shuttles getting them un-stuck.

Yeah, too much moisture likely softened the glue on the shuttle skirt and that got stuck onto the cork of the neighbouring shuttle.
