Momota had easier draw. Way more easier draw than Ginting. So, no wonder he reached finals. Whereas Ginting had extremely tough draw.

Momota wasn't fit that's true. Nobody that has played both team and individual AG is fit here. Ginting was tired too even in yesterday's match. He played 3 tight rubber game matches all the way here.
So both are tired, but Ginting was more prepared. Momota had win Japan Open last week. Don't be too greedy :D:p

It's interesting how Ginting manages to win the Chinese fans' heart inspite he beat two Chinese aces to get to final.

Don't think so. They should give something more cultural. One of those Chinese hat would work nicely.

Exactly its super ginting.....But i dont think normal ginting ,when he is a bit down , can beat momota.

Having said that ginting has the ability to lift his game to dizzying heights at crucial stages to string together points.

    Exciting rivalry

I think you'll find that Japanese people aren't the most popular in China or with people of Chinese decent. Can see it here on the boards as well. ;)

I don't see the point of playing again in Korea next week. Three weeks in a row, level of play will certainly go down as players get more and more tired. Momota should skip next week's event.

One of the Indonesian coaches said, Momota's game is Indonesian style, probably because he was trained by an Indonesian during his junior days, that's why it's easier for an Indonesian player to read his game.

Most top players skip Korea Open. They are getting ready for the Denmark Open and French Open next month

Momota needs to take a month off as does ginting. When both are at their peak matches should be 10% better than now(whisch is already amazing).

Wow... I’m shocked that Ginting won CHN Open S1000. Didn’t see that coming. :D

This is enough consolation for me after Minions's loss yesterday. hehehe

May this victory boost his confidence and hopefully he performs better in the next tournaments. Congrats Ginting!! ;)
