Yes it is already on my radar, but I guess it may be too head heavy. And I’m really fond of JS12 frame stability, turbocharging frames have the same drawback as bravesword ones, quite unstable at times, even if not as prominent as bravesword. So I’m rather looking at 3D calibar 900 and aeronaut 7000
Hi! Are there any difference in colour and specs between the n9ii green and n9ii tontowi Ahmad green version?
Hello all! I just bought a brand new n9ii, but having some trouble authenticating it. (The lining website is not really helpful there are no 12 digit code on the sticker). Here are some pictures of my racket’s codes. Thank you! *edit: my bad! Just realised authentication only works on PC. Sorry for the time wasted Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk[/IMG]
If you look at the verification webpage, there is an option for a 12 digit verification code or a 16 digit verification code. Try the 16 digit option?
I was comparing my pair of N9ii to my newly acquired Duora 8XP, and discovered that my N9ii's were 5mm longer. Is anyone else like this? All rackets strung by me, so you can discount egg effect from stringing. The pink N9ii were brought from RacquetForce.
N9ii is the longest in my rackets that consists of Li-Ning yonex and Victor. Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk
I think we bought N9ii (mine is 9TD) about the same period. Yes, I do have the same feeling as you. 9TD gives me the best feeling compare to 88S (I tried friend’s for one game) and 88D (just tried for few points). I cannot explain, it is like “horse and rider as one”. Smash power, fast drive, easy meanuvuer, it is all rounded! So for N9ii, no need to switch to 88S/D. But, two weeks ago tried my friend 99 for one game, mind changed! The 99 is totally a new system for me. The head is heavy and shaft is very stiff (normally I cannot play this kind of racquet, e.g. ZFII). When I clear or smash, the shaft become flex, no swing hard but racquet easily produce power and hit shuttlecock very far. So for my defend to smash, easily I can return high and to baseline. Amazing racquet design! Very tempted to buy one 99 now!
hi there, in term of swing speed, 99 much better than n9ii? are you able to do a compare in other. eg, control, net. swing...
Remind I only played one double game 21pts with 99. IMO: Smash: 9TD > 99 (maybe I dun get 99 best timing yet) Defend: 99 >= 9TD Maneuver: 9TD > 99 Control: 9TD = 99 Net: cannot tell coz only used 99 one game Drive: 99 >= 9TD Clear: 99 > 9TD One important thing is that my friend’s 99 strung with Aerobite. My first time used Aerobite. I will string my 9TD with Aerobite next time to see if the string cause the difference.
Thats interesting, as i do a dry swing with 99, feel v heavy and i sold my 3u 88D due to it maneuver.
I definitely find n9ii to be more maneuverable compared to the 4u ax 99. Ax99 only trumps the n9ii in terms of power generation...i.e in wristy smashes and clears.
