I think I remember something along the lines of "Lin dan does most day to day things with his right hand while he plays badminton with his left"

Lakshya Sen is upcoming Indian player. But LD should win considering his vast experience.

The problem always lies with Lin Dan himself these few years, otherwise if he's dead serious and committed, even if he's not too highly motivated, his defeats would be such a rarity we can count on the fingers of one hand.

LD after losing G1: "No way Lin Dan is losing to a 16 year old!"

He is like his father. He is more than double age of lakshya sen. Lindan has 25 years of experience if he started at 8 years. Lakshya sen is just a small kid. So, experience won it here.

    I know :)
Don't worry. Just trying to speculate LD's motivation starting G2 and G3. Not underestimating the kid.

According to Lin Dan, the new service rules is BEYOND BELIEF and could put this sport in jeopardy.

HINT : The Black roll up banner behind

    From twitter :
    By Mark Phelan
''I REST MY CASE. Both images taken 1 arms length from camera. Only difference is I moved up and down to the extremities but still keeping black lines overlapping. Look at the difference on black roll up banner! This instrument cannot help service judges.''

I think the rule itself might not be as bad, but the "tools" that they are using to implement the rule is beyond belief for such level of tournaments.

The rule has made service judges look like a tool. Ducking before every serve, a bit closer to the black line of death and seeing ghosts as Lin Dan would say.

I posted this in another thread. If you think Mark Phelan makes a good point, you need to go back to school and repeat maths. He made a big error.

Anyways, this rule will help Lin Dan. Many times in his career he has served without purpose. Concentration from the get go in the rally.

This service judge at Kiwi land is zooming into the dual- stands like I have never seen before, yet he wants to zoom in more. Does he think he will get clearer picture of the actual black line LOL.
