Win or lose, at the very least, it proves Cai Yanyan's Macau Open triumph is no fluke. I think CYY needs to bulk up, improve her fitness and stamina, still young, can be done, no problem.
G2 is so near yet so far for CYY , I'm not sure if she can put it behind her in G3. Anyway, I doubt she can endure in the decider, Sung's experience should count, not to mention her supposedly better fitness.
Jojo just needs more "finesse", he is often too error prone for his own good. But obviously he is the most exciting and promising of the INA youngsters and has always been, there can be ups and downs between him and AG in their "race to throne" but I am pretty sure and has always been that JC is a better player.
We guys were all just so into praising "SJH's consistency" and her fitness levels and how she almost never loose to player she isn't expected too. I am pretty sure we have jinxed her in more ways than one It should be a ball to hit Outta the park for SJH today, she is just levels above CYY and way more experienced plus a second consecutive Sr event is usually just to much to handle for the Junior players. CYY is doing an exceptional job, SJH equally the opposite
I'm surprised that Cai Yanyan apparently has the skills to take on Sung Ji Hyun, if the scoreline is any indication, but lacking the experience and probably the fitness/stamina.
To be honest, when I see Lin Dan almost all the time just moving JC around and lifting, what with his attacks few and far between, I already sensed he's going to lose. It's as if Lin Dan came to Fuzhou with his family for holiday and woke up this morning realizing he had to report to the office first to settle some work matter, and he dragged himself there reluctantly to quickly get it over and done with so that he can go home early. That's how Lin Dan showed up at the office today ,disappointing, yes, but what to do ? Even Xia Xuanze is not pushing him, just letting him be.
