11-7 lead for Zii Jia in G3, he needs to focus in order to not repeat his mistakes in G2.

14-8, almost the same situation as Lee Chong Wei at Glasgow 2017.

I'm a bit surprised that Hafiz/Glo managed to go through SF. I guess Hafiz is really a hard working player.

    Nice, as in nice looking?

Lee Zii Jia with another great win, ousting Brice Leverdez 19-21, 21-18, 21-10.
    A good improvement.

Next opponent for Lee Zii Jia is the talented DEN player, Rasmus Gemke who already had beaten him last year.

Should not classified as avenge. It's two different people.

LCW is totally a different player altogether. This won't be considered as revenge. LCW has to do it by himself.

Oh come on, don't make this big. You just like drama.

Even something petty like that you want to find fault?
    That's good. Okay then.

I just think "avenge" is too harsh of a word. If you think beating another player in badminton qualifies as "inflicting harm", then avenge is the right word. I don't think it qualifies. It is just a game after all.

In such a situation, I would use the term re-match and that would need LCW himself to do it.

    Fine.
    To each his own.
Everyone can support his own player but I still find avenge and revenge are not quite suitable unless in this context it's LCW himself won over Brice.

But searches reveal the definition is "...on behalf of (oneself or another)."
However, I don't intend to keep this up, so pardon me.
    Cheers.
