How is the sweet spot of TK9900 vs ZF2 ? Is it about the same or TK9900 has a larger sweet spot assuming string tension is the same? 3U or 4U TK9900 for is better doubles games assuming one has sufficient swing power?
Cant decide on 3u or 4u but leaning towards 4u as I start to tire with tk6000 4u after 2hrs of play. Any recommendation on a victor string to use on it? I prefer bg80/nbg98 but gonna give victor a try.
can i get a quick authenticity check pls https://r.tapatalk.com/shareLink?sh...ex.php?threads/TK9900-v3.172032/&share_type=t Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
@bazzaman I wouldn't really recommend Victor strings. Ashaway strings could be a good option. In Europe, Victor provides (I think) Zymax Fire 66 (or something of that ilk).
It's a victor only shop, he doesnt carry zy66fire but is trying to get me a bg80, decided to go for the 3u in the end, in for a penny, in for a pound.
Seems like TK9900 has made another appearance in Australian open. Saw it in Tang Huaidong and Cham Chen in men's Doubles pair.
I got myself a new 3u tk9900 gen3, strung with orange zymax 66 fire power @ 25lbs. Initial impression is that, it feels a little heavier than my go-to racquet, the li ning n9ii, not to mention the head weight is much more noticeable as well. I will be taking it for a spin on this coming Wednesday, and then I'll be able to do a comparison of the two, as well as comment on the racquet itself.
