The drift is wicked, HSP did well to keep himself in the rally and smash as hard as possible when he had chances.
Lee let it go after the interval it would seem.
HSP should start running as soon as g2 starts, catch his opponent off guard

Shi Yuqi's controlling game falters against European Champion Rajiv Ouseph...

3 CHN MS down, only Chen Long to go-- the gods of the air currents have already taken out 3 CHN MS, will they be as kind to him as they were yesterday?

CORRECTION: CHN MS Zhao Junpeng is still in the running-- sorry I've forgotten all about him...

LCW plays like a defence machine, no smash, no attack. Consider changing tactic or just lose next time.

Seeds are fallen thick and fast. Never see all the seeds fallen so many in R2 in any tours. and It is still possible that all 8 Seeds of MS lost out before QuarterFinal.

HS Prannoy plays magical badminton and stuns Lee Chong Wei! Major boost to his confidence! 2 of the big 3 are out! Indian MS on the rise!

Even our super consistent Lee CW is not himself, is the playing condition in this 'unusual' venue affecting him too ?

He has done it. Played well above his skin all the time. Great control over net and baseline and those giant BH smashes. Great stuff
    Go go HSP

I blame the tactic in this one. Even HSP can play well, why can't LCW? Misbun's return perhaps can make LCW return back to his old self.

Wow, LCW defiantly playing the sidelines and baselines to lose-- now LD and LCW will sit back watch the biggest threat to their world championship challenge show his cards-- will Chen Long show his hands or similarly save himself for bigger things?

Come on Prannoy, you held your nerve against LCW-- you will need twice the nerve against Chen Long because the rallies will be twice as long...
