Hoki/Kobayashi will need more than 'hoki' to beat Kev/gideon :)

His father doesn't allow him to join BAM even though BAM themselves invite ZZ to join since 2012.
    What a missed chance.

I don't think 'hoki' is allowed to be brought in a badminton court.

Kevin is a bit slow, but Markus keeps his top form from the last few tournaments. The hurricane is still running amok.

Oh I just knew his father is Zulkifli Sidek hell, why not using Sidek as surname?
Looks like Sideks didn't trust BAM to train their precious son. Arrogance of Sidek family?

Sometime when you watch Marin hit a smash down the line, the technique reminds me a lot to a tennis player when making a serve, straight, big arm swing, powerful.

Am I missing something or has Rivas not attended a lot of her matches recently?

There may be many reasons. Perhaps you can do some detective work and find out?

Muslims take their father's first name as their surname, unlike Caucasian.

Maybe the father was worried of losing a job.

Overprotecting is the only reason I can think of. Perhaps that is the way of his family or somewhat.
