Surely, Sindhu can close it out in G2, 18-12 ?

8 GPs to PVS. Good for her.

Two more XD matches to go, what a long day. I'm bushed despite having some other distractions or diversions now and then.

At first I thought Tai TY 's superb form will carry over here but she just lost in two straight sets to Sung J H whom I felt is in fine form from the way she played the KOR Open the other week, particularly after seeing how she thumped the young up-and-comer Chen Xiaoxin.

I have a feeling whoever is drawn against Sung JH tomorrow will have a hard time and had better be on her toes.

Sun Yu is in excellent form at the moment, no doubt, but, honestly, I'm still not too confident in her. Both Steen and GC said just now that Sun Yu is likely to be the one in this tournament. We'll see.

congo PVS, she literally tamed CM. why wasn't CM screaming today (not many good points won(?)).
see i told ya PV can win the shouting contest too :p
It was such a tense match both of 'em were flooded with emotions, Gopichand was so animated calming down PVS time and time again, even by literally scolding her once (when she hit a sure shot DTL).. Both of 'em were always trying to get the shuttle down with extra power resulting in many mishits.
CM declining PVS's invitation for dinner :D

I hope the unloved underdogs Sun Yu and Son 1 Ho win the titles.

I still can't believe the scoreline, the "in-form" TTY thrashed by SJH, but then, its TTY for all of us.
still strongly believe TTY will brush aside whoever (SJH/SY) is drawn with her.

TTY is alright and not concerned who she plays in the semis but I guess she prefers the newbie SY.
