    hat-off to LCW.
that third match point saved by LD could have destroyed any player but he stick to his game plan, patience and it pays off.

Wow, thanks for the pic. I assume that is Lin Dan with his arm around Lee Chong Wei. I had no idea they went that far back together. They look like they are in their teens then. Could you provide some info on the pic such as the occasion, location, etc.? I always get a kick looking at old pictures. :)

the fast cross court cut shot he did on match point was brilliant! you can see ld expecting a harder shot.

I don't have the info. Got it from WhatsApp group. The boy behind both of them must be BCL. Yeah, must be some junior tournament. The background shows it's at a hotel and some buntings in Chinese. LD even had his arm over LCW's shoulders, buddies since young.

nokh88 thanks for the picture. That photo is a keeper.
Hopefully LCW will win tonight.I was cheering for GVS/TWK to beat FHF/ZN, but they got nervous so bad, that both of them produced awful serve at Gold Medal Point two times in a row. But they performed well during entire tournament.

    No problem.
I am still sad over the loss of MAS MD.
The umpire could have assisted in calling a fault on the receiver.
If he/she did that, will it count?

Yeah, they also couldve given a red card to FHF/ZN to give the Malaysians a point, there wouldnt have been any reason for that either

We are cheering for the same duo bro. I do not pay attention to the FHF/ZN so much at those Gold Medal Point, so i could not comment much on whether there is a fault or not. What i know is that the pressure is so huge, even FHF seems nervous. Mas duo is quite young, but having lost so tightly in Final is really frustrating, but hopefully they can do better next time. MAS team in general performed extremely well in tournament, they manage to get 3 Silver Medals. CPS/GLY, & GVS/TWK really show noticeable result from their training in this OG. Who may suspect they could progress this far and beaten the odds. I for one not suspecting it at all. Kudos to MAS team.

Just curious. If that arm around LCW was LD's, then whose hand/arm was it in LD's right pant's pocket.o_O

That was LCW hand. But it is not placed inside LD right hand pocket, otherwise it would be very wrong indeed:D.
LCW hand was placed behind LD, but due to image quality, it has not portrayed it clearly.
