Back in the days, competition to be in INA WS so tough even Meiluawati as a WS3 so strong she could take out Zhang Ning.

Swept 3-0 only in quaterfinal is hard to watch. There's so many things NEED to be done and changed by PBSI in the INA WS camp now.

CLELY, may I suggest for the Semi-Finals on Friday, it might be better to have two separate threads: one for the afternoon, one for the evening.

Indeed this forum will be calm and peaceful if every member behaves his/her-self, be sensible and avoid making provocation!

And live up with reality, whether one likes it or not.

Yeah, I also think Angga/Ricky stand a better chance than Ahsan/Hendra to win against Fu Haifeng/Zhang Nan based on their head-to-head and their form lately.

Do you think it has something to do with 1998 socio-political problem? what about Debby Santoso, Hendra Setiawan, Jonatan Christie, Gideon Markus, Kevin Sanjaya and others who are Chinese descents and representating INA now? I wonder what the actual reason is of this lack of Chinese descents in INA WS then ..

Chen Long's inner demon is not completely subdued yet.

Wow Victor Axelsen my hero just won the first set 21-13 over Sho Sasaki. See that is what I say. Japan is forced to send a weakened team. If Kento Momota is playing as the MS 1 he could have won it easily. What a pity.

If Chen Long loses this first match it could prove costly. But let's not jump ahead of things.

Chen Long simply unable to let himself go and play freely, too tense and nervous, and reactive.

I've never seen so many mistakes from CL - usually so calm and consistent in his strokes.

Chen Long in team and individual tournaments are almost two different persons.
