Poor Chen Long, again thrown on Court 2. No respect for the two times World Champion...Well,if they can disrespect Nine times World Champion,Chen Long is still a shadow compared to him.

Thanks for the link, but Chen Long has this excellent length on defense and also his game centers around his excellent rhythm and length in defense. So if anyone is affected by drift he would be. Glad that he could adapt to it quite well but he didn't come across natural attacking and skillful player yet. So I am just interested to see how well he does today and I just thought Jonathan has a good chance today considering all things. Being a champion material that Chen Long is he could well come out right on top and win today very easily.

    Predictions for the finalists:

    LCW v Chen Long

    TTY v Ratchanok

    LYD/YYS v Hong/Chai

    Jung/Shin v Yu/Tang

    Zhang/Zhao v Ahmad/Natsir

I would love to see Jonatan play well against Chen Long, but I'm afraid he will be nervous..

There are many world and olympic champions on court 2: Tontowi/Liliyana, LYD, Yu Yang along with Chen Long. As many well informed people posted already it has a lot to do with sponsors, host nation etc.

Had a sneak peek yesterday - and I must say the line officiating has taken a step back. I hope this doesn't affect outcomes especially on the 2nd court - no hawkeye.

    Lol,
First tennis has got nothing to do with badminton. Badminton still needs to change a lot in technology, viewership and money.

Second, your statement is absolutely wrong. I saw them play on other courts many times.
    An example:
    http://www.wimbledon.com/en_GB/scores/schedule/schedule17.html
Federer not playing on center court in wimbleond quarter final!

It is just that they play semis and finals so leisurely, only one match at a time, that all of them would be on center court.

I am lazy now, can't teach you more, maybe later.

Yes, and as the above poster noted, badminton is nothing compared to tennis. Djokovic earns more prize money winning one tournament than Lin Dan and Lee Chong Wei's entire career put together.

Lots of Lin Dan fans crying yesterday can now salvage their hope in Chen Long. So easy win for him today, and tomorrow too, no matter who he faces.

Haha arguing with you is like trying to wake up a person pretending to be asleep.

The point here is not who you like to be on TV court which has only 5 slots available as per the technology now.

And tuss is meant to be used to insult someone whom you don't like. It is tut which should be used to express your disapproval. Being a good person, I would be ignoring your rude comment.

And don't be so emotional as to insert your comment in my post's quote.

I am the most relaxed here. Don't worry. I am just sharing things which I know and would love to learn new things from others. Would like some useful conversations going on and not just some blurting.
