Is anyone going to be there on Thursday? I live about 2 hours away from Birmingham, so will take the train there and will try and watch all of the matches on Thursday.

Bro, Tight schedule again? When are you arriving Singapore?

Birmingham must still be relatively cold but I guess the weakened pound is a consolation. Then again the Ringgit is not really compensating for the difference.

Enjoy, and we again look forward to your 'naughty and hilarious' report and pics! :D

Maybe you should meet up with Huage and update us (since our last BC get together in Jakarta for the Thomas and Uber Cups.
And take a few shots of Fidget and his two boys (eating in a posh restaurant).

Weather wise it's either snowing or raining in England at the moment, but it should be better next week. If anyone's traveling to Birmingham from a hot ish country, I would suggest bringing a good coat, preferably a waterproof one, as the England being England, the weather is too unpredictable.

If anyone is seriously OCD and needs to know what the weather might be like, you might find the link above useful :)

I have a work function to do in Geneva for a few days. Plus a sneak peek at he Geneva Motor Show - funny but the show almost always seems to clash dates with the All England.

Weather is not a problem - I travel to UK almost every year and my family had lived in London for a time in the 70s. Currency is no issue - most people don't realize that underneath the strength of the Pound, UK is a pretty affordable place for holidays, food and shopping.

Expected to be in SIN city from 12 April night or 13th morning.

Nice to know that. I've not been to London for many years and during the time I was there the Pound was rather expensive relative to the Sing Dollar. I could only afford MacDonalds. I need to get more tips from you should I visit London and its surrounds in the near future
